Dover Pointe is a great complex. They were very informative when the Arctic storm hit. I know times were frustrating for everyone, but I have to admit they tried to accommodate in areas that they could. The property manager is really sweet, she always has the answers for the questions I may have.

The Christy and the staff is very sweet and the apartment is really nice and in a great location.

I've been living here its 2 years now. I had issues but its not one time the manager has not address them. This complex is very quiet, no break ins, and hardly any children running outside. Within the 2 years i have notice all the upgrades the manager has made on the property and i think that's awesome for the rate of these apartments. I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication the manager and her assistant puts into this community.

Great place to stay! Spacious dwelling, you will feel safe and at home. Very attentive staff thats always helpful! Christy and Rosalinda are great!

I have lived on this property a year and I absolutely love it!! The manager is always professional and polite. I will be signing my lease over for another year..I would definitely recommend these apts to my family and friends..

I love this property, I love the staff and Mrs.Marshall! Everything gets fix quick and hurry!! The grounds are always clean and nice!!! I would give it 5 stars!! In apartment setting we all are going to have issues....but we got be mindful, there a lot resident they have to attend too but I promise they will get to you!!!! I love it here, very clean, nice and peaceful!!! I would always recommend them!!! DOVER POINTE Y'ALL ROCK!!!

I've lived her almost one year, and I'll be here another year. The property is quiet, clean, and small (not the typical city-like apartment complexes in the Houston). I love it. When I've needed maintenance, I'v gotten great service; fortunately, I haven't needed them much. Great location: approx. 15 min to downtown, and easy access to Hwy 90, Beltway, I-10, and 610.
